Assertiveness and Influencing Skills
This half-day workshop has been designed to provide practical tools and techniques for anybody who needs to develop their workplace assertiveness and influencing skills. It is essential for all staff, managers and owners of businesses who are required to deal with potentially difficult situations with the public, in an assertive manner.
