At Validate Training we also recognise the importance of effective behavioural skills training to compliment and support this and other compliance based training.
Our experienced professional trainers are able to offer a range of behavioural skills modules to support the FTA “Do you Pass” module.
This ensures that people have the personal and interpersonal skills required to confidently and effectively comply with the law.
Whilst non- accredited, our modules are based upon industry best practice as well as contemporary thinking and innovative approaches. Modules are highly participative and practically based to allow delegates to learn quickly and transfer that learning back into their workplace.
Our modules are all half-day workshops which can be added to the TSI FTA “Do you Pass” module (as “Do you Pass” plus) to provide a full day of training. Alternatively, each module can be provided as a separate half-day or together with any other module to provide a full day of training to meet the needs of delegates.
